Contraindications to hyperthermia treatment are:
- age over 70 years;
- pregnancy;
- organ pathology with organ dysfunction;
- drug allergy, anaphylactic reactions, Quincke’s edema;
- progressive drug addiction;
- traumatic brain injury, massive stroke, violation of cerebral circulation in the anamnesis;
- massive tumors of the spinal column with compression of the spinal cord;
- myocardial infarction;
- arrhythmias;
- hemorrhagic anemia;
- tuberculosis in open form, active phase;
- renal-hepatic insufficiency;
- metastases to the spine with severe neurological deficit;
- pathological fractures of tubular bones;
- insulin-dependent diabetes;
- mental illness;
- decompensation of the cardiovascular system;
- severe respiratory failure;
- severe homeostasis disorders;
- small functional reserves and adaptive capacity;
- massive malignant tumors (more than 60 grams) and tumors located on large vessels, trachea and bronchi, large nerve trunks, the lysis of which can cause a threat to the patient’s life (bleeding, etc.).
